Patricia Ann Rickels Dampman, 78, Hernando passed away July 22, 2017 at Hospice of Citrus & The Nature Coast. Patricia was born in Winchester, VA on September 6, 1938 to the late Charles D. and Alice (Grim) Peters and came to this area in 1994 from there. Prior to retirement, she owned and operated the PS Catering Service in Winchester, VA before moving to Florida. She was a member of the First Church of God in Inverness.

Left to cherish her memory are 4 children, Richard P. Miller and companion Nancy Fulton of Goochland, VA; Jeffery A. Miller and wife Stacey of Kingsport, TN; Cynthia Davis and husband James of Lenexa, KS; Christina E. Mathias and husband Harry of New Bern, NC; 1 sister, Janet VanBalen, Seaside, CA; 1 half sister, Ruth Wingfield, Shreveport, LA; 4 grandchildren, Brian, Tiffany, Josh, and Heather; 4 great grandchildren, Colton, Lily, Wyatt, and Weston. She was preceded in death by 2 husbands, Herbert Rickels on July 7, 2008 and Raymond Dampman on December 27, 2011

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 10:30 AM from the First Church of God in Inverness with Pastor Tom Walker officiating. Interment at a later date in Florida National Cemetery. Chas E Davis Funeral Home With Crematory assisted the family.
