Jane Louise Minars, age 77, of Inverness, FL passed away at her residence on June 7, 2017. Jane was born on July 25, 1939 in St. Louis, MO to the late Elvin and Irene (Taylor) Flemming.
She was married to Charles E. Minars for 48 years until his passing in December of 2011. Jane made Citrus County, FL her home in 2013 after relocating from Missouri. She was a Southern Baptist by faith and enjoyed watching television and spending time with family and friends.
Those left to mourn Jane’s passing are her son, Charles Minars and his wife Maity of Versailles, MO; brothers, Edward and Jerry Fleming; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Services for Jane will be under the direction of the Heckart Funeral Home and will take place in Sedalia, MO at a later date. She will then be laid to rest beside her husband at Crown Hill Cemetery in Sedalia. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
