Peter R. Braginton, 94, of Hernando, FL passed away April 10, 2017 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto, FL. He was born in Yorkshire, England on April 1, 1923 to the late Roy and Florrie (Hemingway) Braginton.
Peter was an Electronics Engineer for Radeon Corp and arrived in this area in 1992, coming from Maine. He served this country honorably as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean Conflict. Peter was a Christian by faith, and was an avid reader, and enjoyed woodworking.
He was preceded in death by one son, William Braginton, and one daughter, Vicki Whitney. He is survived by two sons, Peter Rodney Braginton, Jr. and his wife Linda of Vermont, and Asbury Pledger Braginton of Maine. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
