Thomas Foster Graham, 73, Inverness passed away February 20, 2017 at his residence. Tom was born July 29, 1943 in Syracuse, NY to the late Robert and Rose Marie (Foote) Graham and came to Citrus Co. 16 years ago from Albany, NY where he retired from the State University Police Dept. as a Captain with 32 years of service. He was a US Army veteran. After moving to Inverness, he joined the Inverness Elk Lodge, Eagles, and Moose. He served as the Exalted Ruler of Inverness Elks Lodge No. 2522 during the lodge year 2006-2007.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Hall Graham; 2 children, Thomas F. Graham, Jr, Amsterdam, NY and Sheila Bleau of Latham, NY; 2 sisters, Judith Sumner of Winter Park, FL and Virginia Petrigliano of Satallite Beach, Fl; 5 grandchildren amd 5 great-grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are private under the direction of Chas E Davis Funeral Home With Crematory.
