Raymond J. Albright, 84 of Beverly Hills, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at Citrus Hills Health & Rehab in Hernando. Ray was born in Kingston, New York on September 17, 1932 to the late William and Sophie (Grabiec) Albright and came to Citrus County in 1997 from Ft. Myers, FL.
Ray was a retired Associate Buyer for the IBM Corporation with 35 years of service, a US Army veteran, and Life Member of American Legion Post #1512.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Lisa Negron of Beverly Hills; his granddaughter, Melanie, and companion of 15 years, Sherry Butler of Beverly Hills. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Florence in 2001.
Military Graveside Services will be conducted Friday, Feb. 10th at 2:30 PM from the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, with V.F.W. Post 7122 rendering honors. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness. In lieu of flowers, memorials are being accepted by: Alzheimer’s Association, PO Box 1939, New Port Richey, FL 34656
The procession will leave the Chas E Davis Funeral Home Friday at 1:45 PM.
