Mary G. Nizza, 88, Lecanto passed away October 1, 2016 at Hospice of Citrus and The Nature Coast in Lecanto, FL. Mrs. Nizza was born on July 31, 1928 in Florence, South Carolina, to the late Robert and Blanche (Springs) Perry and came to Citrus County in 1987 from Punta Gorda, FL, with her husband, Joseph E. Nizza, who preceded her in death on February 16, 2010.
Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Joseph E. Nizza, Jr of Milledgeville, GA and Joan Nizza of Sayville, NY; 3 grandchildren: April, Timothy, and Brian; 3 great-grandchildren: Noah, Angelina, and Elio.
She was predeceased by 2 brothers: Charles and Robert, Jr and 3 sisters: Athalene, Doris, Elizabeth and a grandchild, Christine
The family will receive friends at the Chas E Davis Funeral Home Tuesday, Oct 4th at 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery
