Arden “Ardie” L. Green

Arden Lee “Ardie” Green, 76, of Inverness, FL, passed away on September 13, 2016. Ardie was born September 18, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late John and Mildred (Stager) Schweinberg, and moved to Miami in 1975. She met her late husband, Jack, there and they moved to Inverness in 2001.

She was a bartender for 35 years in the Pittsburgh and Miami areas. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary #3992, the IR-RU Social Club, and a loyal guest of the VFW Post #4337. She enjoyed playing bingo, Feather Your Nest, NASCAR racing, and rooting for her precious Pittsburgh Steelers.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, and son Brandt Bailey. She is survived by her son, Bill (Tracy) Baily of Loveland, Ohio; her daughter, Stacey (Mark) Riecks of Burlington, MA; two stepdaughters, Jackie (Robbie) Robbins of Jupiter, FL, and Karen Perez of O’Brien, FL; her sister, Stephanie (David) Petiprin of North Las Vegas, Nevada; one nephew, Ben; 5 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; and 1 great granchild.
A Celebration of Life Service for Ardie will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM from the Fraternal Order of Eagles #3992, at 8733 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy, Inverness. Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL is assisting the family.
