Victor Raymond Storandt, age 50, of Inverness, FL died after a short battle with cancer on June 15, 2016. He was under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Inverness. Victor was born on May 19, 1966 in Sparta, WI to Theodore and Mary Jo (Teasdale) Storandt. He made Citrus County his home 20 years ago after relocating from Spooner, WI. A Christian by faith, Victor was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Inverness. He was skilled at carpentry and greatly enjoyed woodworking. Victor also enjoyed gardening and landscaping. While residing in Wisconsin, he did a little hunting and fishing. He was a NASCAR fan and especially a fan of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Victor was also a fan of the Green Bay Packers. He was passionate about his work in the jewelry and pawn business. Victor adored his children and loved spending time with his family. Those left to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his wife of 5 years, Connie of Inverness, FL; his parents: Theodore and Rae Gene Storandt of Sparta, WI and Mary Jo Teasdale of Spooner, WI; 3 daughters: Sloane Storandt of Spooner, WI, Hannah Storandt of Beverly Hills, FL and Victoria Storandt of Beverly Hills, FL; his brother: Andrew Storandt of Inverness, FL; his sister: Donna Jo Russell of Spooner, WI; and 2 grandchildren: Kali Rae Clepper and Lucy Louise Clepper. He was preceded in death by one sister, Suzanne Rhinehart. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service is planned for Monday, June 20th, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Inverness located at 1900 W. Hwy. 44, Inverness, FL 34450 with Pastor Tom Beaverson officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
