Harold Edward Wolfe, Sr., age 69, of Brooksville, FL, died at his residence on May 10, 2016. Harold was born on November 1, 1946 in Flint, MI to the late Harold Edward and Helen (Anders) Wolfe.
In 1969 he married Donna Williams, with whom he shared over 46 years of marriage. It was at that time that Harold and Donna made Brooksville their home after relocating from Englewood, FL. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed all types of hunting and fishing. Harold was a member of several hunt clubs over the years including the Avon Park Hunting Club, the Sand Hill Hunting Club and the Razorback Hunt Club. He also enjoyed bowling and was a member of a bowling league for a number of years.
Harold was a dedicated father, a loving husband and wonderful grandfather. There was nothing he enjoyed more than spending time with his family. Those left to mourn his passing and cherish his memory are his loving wife Donna; his son: Harold Edward Wolfe, Jr. of Weeki Wachee, FL; his daughter: Samantha Stratton and her fiance’ Robert Moore of Bushnell, FL; brothers: Ernest Reed and his wife Judith of Lecanto, FL, Kevin Reed of Inverness, FL; sisters: Joan Garner and Denise Giuliani, both of Inverness, FL; grandchildren: Dustin Hill, Liam Stratton and Trey Wolfe; and great-grandchild: Nevaeh Hill.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service is being planned by the family for a later date. The Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, is assisting the family with arrangements.
