Susan Marie Puff, 61, Inverness, passed away April 21, 2016 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Lecanto. She was born in Long Beach Island, NJ on December 8, 1954 to the late William and Loraine (Maranda) Perry and came to this area in 1988. She drove a school bus for the Citrus County Board of Education and was the Manager of Watson’s Fish Camp. Susan enjoyed motorcycling with Roger, her “significant other”, playing bingo, and singing Karaoke with her friends. She was a Life Member of VFW Post 4252 Auxiliary and North Oak Baptist Church.
Left to mourn her loss are two children, Jessica Avery of Inverness and Daniel Puff of New York; a brother, William Perry and wife Shirley, Jackson, NJ; 4 sisters: Jackie Perry, Gainesville, FL; Barbara Key, Inverness; JoAnne Perry, St Augustine, FL; Janey Hannemann and husband, James of Ashville, NC; 6 grandchildren: Maddison, Matthew, Alyssa, Alexis, Isabella and Gary who affectionately called her “GG” ; her loving companion, Roger Beckner; many nieces and nephews and her 2 fur babies, Rebel and Spaz. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Puff on March 26, 2015 and her brother, Michael Perry.
Susan will be remembered and honored at a Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:00 AM from the Chas E Davis Funeral Home, Inverness with Rev. Stan Stewart officiating.
