Patricia Yvonne Durham, 81 of Inverness, died Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016 at Avante at Inverness under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Patricia was born in Miami, Florida on June 25, 1934 to the late Oscar A. and Wilma B. (Chestnut) Clot, then she came here in 1986 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She was a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in Inverness. Patricia was a loving wife and Mother who enjoyed participating in water aerobics at the Whispering Pines pool. She also enjoyed oil painting, traveling, attending her church, and spending time with her family.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 62 years, Charles L. Durham; 3 daughters: Jennifer L. (James) Buchanan, Pembroke Pines, FL, Kimberly Y. (Chuck) Johnson, Davie, FL and Lori L. Durham, Miami, FL; her sister, Norma Bozzini, San Mateo, CA and her 3 grandchildren: Justin, Brian and Karen; and 3 great-grandchildren, Weston, James, and Jonathon. She was preceded in death by one brother, William A. Clot.
Memorial Services for Patricia will be conducted on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. with Rev. Chad Townsley officiating, from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
