Leroy Joseph Lacoss, Jr., 80, of Inverness, FL passed away on January 5, 2016 under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast in Inverness. He was born on January 26, 1935 in Morgan, VT to the late Leroy Joseph and Rena (Holmes) Lacoss.
Leroy was a truck driver with over 37 years experience, and a U.S. Army veteran. He arrived in this area 20 years ago, coming from Vermont, and enjoyed gambling.
Survivors include his children, Tim, Robin, Gail, Cathy, and Susan Lacoss; brothers Raymond, Richard, and Rodney, and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry Lacoss.
