ELLEN JACK, 82, of Hernando, FL, died December 29, 2015 surrounded by her loving family and while under the care of HPH Hospice in Lecanto. Ellen was born on July 29, 1933 in Reading, CA to the late Kenny and Beulah Conrad.
She was an excellent cook and was employed for a number of years in the restaurant industry. Ellen was also an experienced logger and was a skilled log truck driver. In 1993, she and John, her husband of 41 years, moved from Northern Wisconsin to sunny Florida. She was known to be helpful and kind to others and will be missed by all who knew her.
Ellen will be especially missed by her son, Cecil Jack and his wife Kimberly of Hernando; and her daughter, Millie Hyde of Wisconsin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is pre-deceased by her husband, John Jack.
The Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with private arrangements.
