Shirley J. Wolf, 90, of Floral City, Florida passed away December 1, 2015 at her residence in Floral City. She was born in N. Syracuse, N.Y. on January 25, 1925 to the late Walter and Gladys (Milback) Sullivan.
Shirley arrived in this area in 1975, coming from Largo, FL, and was a devoted homemaker. She was a Jehovah’s Witness by faith, and enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, loved fishing, and was a big Tampa Bay Ray’s fan. Shirley enjoyed life, and would assist her husband Ralph in building cabins in the mountains.
She was preceded in death by Ralph in May of this year. They had been lovingly married for 64 years at the time of his passing. Shirley is survived by her children John Wolf and his wife Nancy; and Stephen Wolf, all of Floral City; Mary Dotson and her husband Lance of Inverness, FL; and Lois Scott and her husband Daniel, of Columbia, S.C.; grandchildren Carvis, Jonathan, and Michell; and great-grandchildren Aubryana, Natasha, and Leigha.
Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
