Lori Lee (DeBay) Watson, age 55, of Inverness, died November 14, 2015 surrounded by her loving family while under the care of the staff of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Lecanto. Lori was born on January 3, 1960 in Des Moines, IA to her father, John H. DeBay, Jr and her mother Virginia E. (DeBay) Coston.

She worked for many years as a tour operator in the travel industry for Educational Tours. In 1973, Lori moved to Citrus County from St. Petersburg. She loved going to the beach, reading, gardening and flipping houses. Lori was also a member of Citrus County Harvest.

She is survived by her parents, Virginia E. (DeBay) Coston and John H. (Shirl) DeBay, Jr.; one son, Anthony Watson and his wife Jessie of Odessa; three sisters, Deanna (Humberto) Diaz of Inverness, Dorena (Jim) Bedwell of Brooksville and Valerie DeBay of Floral City; boyfriend, Dan Turco; In-laws, Dianne (Clyde) Cosgrove, Dennis (Mae) Watson and Larry Sutusky; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial celebrating Lori’s life will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. with Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast Chaplain Boris Paso officiating, at The Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness. The family will receive visitors for visitation and fellowship beginning at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Lori’s memory to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, P.O.
