Helen Nadine Smith, 87, Crystal River, formerly of Sanford, FL died Oct 16, 2015 at the Hospice of Citrus & The Nature Coast in Lecanto. Mrs Smith was born in Natchez, MS June 25, 1928 and lived in Sanford, FL for 50 years prior to moving to Citrus County. She was a retired office manager in the medical field and was of the Seventh Day Adventist Faith.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 68 years, Albert A. Smith; three children, Donna Sue Buzzell of Dallas, TX; Alan Smith of Homosassa, FL and James Smith of Stark, FL; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandson.
Her life will be rememberd at a funeral service on Friday, Oct 23rd at 10:00 AM from the Chas E Davis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, Apopka, FL.
