Marian Lois McKinnon, 87, Hernando passed away Oct 4, 2015 at her residence under the care of her family and Hospice of Citrus & Nature Coast. Marian was born in Oildale, CA on Dec. 11, 1927.
She came to this area with her late husband from Madison, WI. She worked in the medical records field and was a member of St Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Inverness.
She is survived by three children, Steven McKinnon of Janesville, WI; David McKinnon of Denver, CO; Laurie Wellington of Hernando, FL; two sisters, Doris Prince and Karen Linder; four grandchildren, Rob, Saben, C.J. and Meghann; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Finnley, and Oliver. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” McKinnon on May 24, 2009.
Services will be private and announced at a later date. The Chas E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory is assisting the family.
