Gary R Talley

Gary R. Talley, 82, Floral City, FL passed away August 29, 2015 at Avante of Inverness, Inverness, FL. He was born in Huntsville, AL on December 7, 1932 to the late Clarence B. and Gladys Mae (Mooneyham) Talley. Gary was a warehouseman for Hutting Sash and Door Co, and arrived in this area in 2005, coming from Ocoee, FL. He attended Floral City Church of Christ, and enjoyed studying biblical history, archeology, geneology, and reading. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years, Jo Ann Talley. Survivors include children Bobby Ray (Melanie) Talley of Cullman, AL and Wenona (James) Scott of Floral City; brothers Charles Talley of Christinia, TN, and Billy Talley of Antioch, TN; sister Margaret Bryant of Lakeland, FL; and grandchildren Carver and Caleb. Services for Gary will be held in Tennessee at a later date. Private cremation arrangements by Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
