Alice M Lowe

ALICE M. LOWE, age 89, Inverness, Florida died August 10, 2015 under the loving care of her family and the staff of Hospice of Citrus and Nature Coast. Alice was born May 21, 1926 in Kettle Island, Kentucky to the late Oddis and Julia (Walker) Craft. She moved to the area in 1972 from Bandon, Oregon. She greatly enjoyed quilting and sewing and had won several awards for her quilting skills at various fairs and competitions. Alice was also a talented cook and great mother to her children. Left to treasure her memory are her son Craft “Lowell” Lowe of Brooksville, FL; her daughter Susan Denney of Tillamook, Oregon; her daughter Ruth Crum of Reno, Nevada; daughter Carolyn (Jerry) Magnuson of Waterloo, South Carolina; sister Willie Jean Mills of Inverness, FL; and brother Richard (Bobbie) Craft of Inverness, FL. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Alice was preceeded in death by Lowell, her husband of 54 years. Private cremation arrangements by Chas E.
