Jimmy E Stanley

JIMMY ERNEST STANLEY, age 81, Inverness, died March 10, 2015 at Citrus Memorial Hospital. Jimmy was born on August 19, 1933 in McCaysville, GA to the late Ernest R. and Marie (Richard) Stanley. Jimmy served our country in the United States Army. He was employed by Citrus County as a fleet manager. Jimmy was a member of VFW #4337 of Inverness, the Inverness Eagles, and 32nd Degree Mason from Inverness Lodge #118, Valley of Ocala, Scottish Rite, Egypt Temple. Survivors include his son, E. Paul Stanley, Gainesville, GA; brothers Bobby of Lakeland, FL, Jack of St. Augustine, FL, Tommy of Valrico, FL, Johnny of Atlanta, GA and sister Betty of Oakmont, PA; two grandchildren, Phillip and Elizabeth. A graveside committal service with military honors will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
