Donald D Lynch

DONALD D. LYNCH, age 79, Inverness, died March 9, 2015 under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County. Donald was born on March 25, 1935 in Leaksville, NC to the late Milton G. and Annie C. (Pulliam) Lynch. He served our country in the United States Army during the Korean conflict. Donald was employed by a Buick Dealership as an automobile mechanic. He enjoyed life to the fullest, hunting, boating and golfing. He also was an avid NASCAR racing fan and even participated in a NASCAR team in 1959. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 46 years, Donna P. Lynch; son Jimmy H. Smith, Jr. and his wife Lucy of Ocala; stepdaughter Deborah Snead and her husband William, Leesburg, FL; grandchildren Justin Smith and Preston Smith; brothers Beamon, Richard, Alfred, Melvin; sisters Carol and Theresa. He was preceded in death by a brother, Milton. A graveside military committal service at Florida National Cemetery will be announced at a later date. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
