GRACE LUCILLE LARGE, age 84, Inverness, died February 20, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. Grace was born on August 8, 1930 in Sagamore, PA to the late John R. and Bertha (Aul) McCausland. She worked as a computer operator at K-Mart in Inverness for over ten years and as a display representative for a greeting card company, a job she enjoyed very much. Grace was an active member of her First United Methodist Church of Inverness and served in many ministries. She was a member of Eastern Star and served as Past Worthy Grand Matron in Claysville, PA. She enjoyed gardening, baking and knitting. Left to cherish her memory are her sons David M. Large (Janet), Denver, CO, Richard W. Large (Sherry), Inverness; daughters Diana Lee Clawson (Ed) Inverness, Patricia Ann Homan, Piedmont, SC, Deborah Sue Lynch, Piedmont, SC; sisters Dorothy Shotts, Dayton, PA and Shirley Shemo, Indiana, PA; 16 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Merrill Large, brothers, Donald, Clair and Clark McCausland and a sister Florence Cooper. A Funeral Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory. The family invites friends to join them in visitation from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will take place at a later date at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Inverness.
