EVELYN J. ROSS, age 74, Inverness, died February 14, 2015 at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center. Evelyn was born on June 25, 1940 in Duanesburg, NY to the late John and Bertha (Gardenier) Heise. She was employed by Campbell Plastics as an assembly line worker. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and loved to travel and go on cruises. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 35 years, Raymond D. Ross; her sons Roger Putnam and his companion Jackie, Port Orange, FL, Roy Putnam, Albuquerque, NM; .stepson Raymond Ross, Jr. and his wife Kari, Schenectady, NY; stepdaughters Cindy Scheidt and her husband Thomas, Glendale, AZ, Jessica Kozlowski and her husband Greg, Rennselaer, NY; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her siblings George and Herman Heise, Pauline Matula, Dora Tighe and Lelia Pennell. A graveside committal service will be announced at a later date in the Spring of 2015 at Bramans Corners Cemetery in Bramans Corners, NY. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with local private arrangements.
