CAMILLE CIBIK, age 91, Inverness, died December 30, 2014 under the care of the staff of Arbor Trail Health and Rehab, Hospice of Citrus County and surrounded by her loving family. Camille was born on July 7, 1923 in New York City to the late Joseph and Anna (Pekar) Misek. She was employed for over 17 years as the chief clerk for the Adult Corrections Center in North Brunswick, NJ. After her relocation to Florida in 2000, she was involved in the community with membership in the Inverness Women’s Club, having received her 30 year membership pin from the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, the Citrus Newcomer’s Club and enjoyed her time with the Senior Happy Timers. She was an active member of St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. Camille enjoyed playing bingo and creating beautiful embroidered pieces, reading and traveling with her husband on their motorcycle and boating. She was passionately interested in her grandchildren’s activities. Left to cherish her memory are sons Joseph (wife-Janet) Cibik, Newark, DE, Dave (companion-Connie Phillips) Largo, FL and her daughter Camille (husband- Daniel), Pembroke, MA; her sister Joy Misek, Long Island, NY and grandchildren David, Robert and Heather. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Rudolph. A Requiem Eucharist will be celebrated on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church.
