Kenneth K Kincaid

Kenneth K. Kincaid, age 92, Inverness, died May 13, 2014 at his residence. Ken was born on January 24, 1922 in Kathryn, WV to the late Theodore and Eliza (O’Connor) Kincaid. He served our country in the United States Army during WWII, landing on the beach in Normandy on D-day and was wounded in action, receiving a Purple Heart. After the war ended, he returned to work in the coal mines, then was employed as a machinist for General Motors. Ken is survived by his son Kertner and wife Cynthia Kincaid of Hernando, their children Amy, Beth, Tabitha, Jennifer, Eric and Joey as well as 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sylvia Kincaid in 2008 after 63 years of marriage. Private arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory.
