Dorothy Petrazzolo

Dorothy Petrazzolo, 97, of Beverly Hill, FL passed away April 30, 2014 at Hospice of Citrus County, Lecanto, FL. She was born on April 29, 1917 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Frank and Agnes (McBride) Nelson. Dorothy was a oil company secretary and arrived in this area in 2013 coming from Manorville, NY. She attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills, Her hobbies were sewing, crossword puzzles and playing bingo and cards and, at 82 years of age, tap dancing for nursing homes. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Charles Petrazzolo. She is survived by her daughter, Carol (James R.) Stavola of Beverly Hills; grandchildren Christy, Jennifer, and Jimmy; and great-grandchildren Kaylee, Lauren, and Tyler. A visitation is scheduled for Monday, 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M., and 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Tuesday, 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness.
