Clayton G Niver

Clayton Gilbert Niver, 83, of Hernando, Florida passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014 under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. He was born on April 26, 1930 in Cortland, New York to the late Harley and Emma (Pease) Niver. Clayton was a truck driver for the Oswego Asphalt Company, and arrived in this area in 1992 coming from Fulton, New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Lillian Louise Niver, son Clifford Niver; and brothers Phillip, Donald, and Robert. Survivers include his children Douglas (Elaine) Niver of Inverness, Lorne Niver of Inverness, and Dranee (Doug) Stevens of Fulton, NY. Other survivors include brothers Richard, Charles and Robert Niver; sisters Barbara Phillips and Beverly Seamans; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
