Leonard Ferguson

Leonard Ferguson, 81, of Inverness, Florida passed away March 25, 2014 under the care of New Horizon Senior Citizens Home, Inverness. He was born on July 20, 1932 in Leeds, England to the late Horace and Hannah (Schofield) Ferguson. Leonard was a member of the British Army, and became a naturalized citizen of the United States. He was a Food Service Manager with ARA Food Service, Company for 34 years, and arrived in this area in 1995, coming from Chicago ILL. Leonard also was a member of the Church of England. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Eileen Ferguson of Inverness. Other survivors include siblings Norman Ferguson of London, England, Alan Ferguson of Scotland, Jack Ferguson of Australia, and Marleen Hudson of Leeds, Yorkshire, England. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
