Joseph A Doucet

Joseph Alonzo “Al” Doucet, 89, of Inverness, Florida passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at his residence in Inverness. He was born on May 16, 1924 in Notre Dame, New Brunswick, Canada to the late Charles and Annie (Melanson) Doucet. Al was a WWII, Canadian Navy veteran, and became a U.S. citizen while residing in Miami. He enjoyed golfing and watching sports. He was preceded in death by his wife Claire in 2012. Survivors include 2 step-sons, William Antonen of Inverness and Edwin Antonen of Miami; one brother, Leonard; one sister Mary; and 2 step-grandchildren, Jessica and Kirsten.
