Robert Walter Reuman, 75, Inverness died Feb 21, 2014. Bob, as he was known to his friends, was born Sept 24, 1938 to the late Carl and Naomi Reuman in Toledo, OH. After graduating from DeVilbiss High School, he attended the University of Toledo. In 1961, Bob entered the NAVCAD training program in Pensacola, earning his Naval Aviator’s wings and commissioned as Ensign in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He served our country as a naval aviator from 1961 to 1972, including one tour of duty in Vietnam. For the remainder of his 32-year career, Bob worked as a commercial airline pilot for Trans World Airlines, retiring as Captain. His last wishes were for his friends and family to remember him as a loving father, good friend and true adventurer.

Bob is survived by four children; one brother, The Rev. Eugene Reuman, Dunnellon, FL; and two grandchildren.

A Requiem Eucharist with Burial Office will be offered on Tuesday, March 11th, 11:00 AM, St. Margaret\\\’s Episcopal Church, 114 N Osceola Avenue, Inverness. Inurnment with full military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery in the columbarium. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory is assisting the family.
