Della D. Weiss, 66, of Lecanto, Florida passed away on Friday, December 13, 2013 at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center in Crystal River. She was born on July 20, 1947 in Leesburg, Florida to the late Charles and Mary M. (McMurphy) Cockman. Della was a lifelong Florida native, a homemaker, and enjoyed playing bingo, crochet, reading, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her companion of 30 years, William Schreiber. Other survivors include her children William Blankenship, Jr. of Washington State, Kittie (William) Dupuis of Crystal River, Fl, Kathy Anderson of Citrus Springs, Fl, Dena (Randy) Riggs of Crystal River, Fl; brother Ronald Cockman; sister Mary Cain; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, Florida.
