Maryann J Gogan

MARYANN JUSTINE GOGAN, age 71, Homosassa, died December 5, 2013 at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center. Maryann was born on April 14, 1942 in Trenton, NJ to the late Leon, Sr. and Gertrude (Janas) Grabowski. While living in Trenton, she was active in the Rusling Hose volunteer ambulance service and fire department. She was employed by the Veterans Administration as an executive secretary and after relocation to this area, as a PBX operator at Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Forest View Home Owner’s Association and Social Club. Maryann was an active member of St. Benedict’s Catholic Church and served as a Eucharistic minister. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 51 years, Alfred J. Gogan, Jr; three daughters, Justine (Charles) Irwin, Summerville, SC, Charlene (Robert) Maruska, Trenton, NJ and Francene (Bill) Zangara, Allentown, NJ; two sons Eugene (Helen) Gogan and Joseph (Maria) Gogan, both of Trenton, NJ; brothers Leon C. (Toni) Grabowski, Jr., Weeki Wachee, FL and Charles L. (Roe) Grabowski, Mercerville, NJ; Sister-in-Law, Kathleen (Charles) Elias; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Crystal River. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
