Beulah M Johnson

BEULAH M. JOHNSON, age 91, Hernando, died October 21, 2013 under the care of Arbor Trail Rehab and Nursing Center. Beulah was born on January 5, 1922 in Springfield, IL to the late William and Dovie (Bennett) Stanberry. Beulah enjoyed being in the outdoors, tending her flower and vegetable gardens and canning her own produce. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 47 years, Joseph W. “Bill” Johnson, Hernando; her children Dovie Peaden, Okeechobee, FL, Donald Tankersley, Yellarville, AR, Dennis Tankersley, Clewiston, FL and Dick Tankersley, Dunnellon, FL, two stepdaughters, Judy and Wanda; 5 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Tribute will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory. Burial will follow at Fountains Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in visitation from 12:00 Noon until the hour of service.
