Shirley D Latta

SHIRLEY D. LATTA, age 76, Dunnellon, died October 2, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Shirley was born on May 23, 1937 in Manassas, VA to the late Edward P. Davis, Sr. and Mable (Brooks) Davis. She was the owner/operator of Latta’s Family Restaurant in Davie, FL. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and was a very giving and nurturing woman. Left to cherish her memory are her children Luke (Marcy) Kasarjian, Pembroke Pines, FL, Cecil (Damarius) Latta, Celebration, FL, William F. (Cheryl) Latta, Beijing, China, Lena (John) Fynan, Brooksville, FL and Kathleen A. (Jim) Bryan, Dunnellon, FL. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert Latta and daughter Brenda Kasarjian. Graveside committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery South, in Davie, FL. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
