Joseph Anthony Lopez, 61, Inverness, died March 2, 2013 in the Hospice unit of Citrus Memorial Hospital. Joe was born on Nov 28, 1951 in New York to the late Joseph and Mary (Brigulio) Lopez and moved here from Long Island 38 years ago. He worked in auto sales as a Finance Manager in Ocala for several years and was Catholic by faith. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Eleanor Lopez; two children, Lawrence G (Cathy) Lopez of Inverness and Joseph J. Lopez of Jacksonville; two brothers, Leonard and Vincent Lopez and his sister, Delores Scarangella; three grandchildren, Caden, Nicholas, and Jasmine.
