Charles “Bill” William Stansbury, age 74, died at his home in Inverness on February 5, 2025. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Perdum and Helen (Halterman) Stansbury.
A graduate of Dunedin High School, Class of 1968. Bill had a successful career as a Welder/fabricator and truck driver.
Left to cherish his memory is his son William Rice (Felicia) Stansbury of Inverness, FL; daughter Rebecca Lee (David) Wood of Port Richey, FL; son Thomas (Jessica) Booth of Homosassa, FL; son Caynun Stansbury of Marinette, Wisconsin; many grandchildren: LeeAnn Hess, William Hess, Stetson Coulter, Alli Wyatt, Jameson Stansbury, Aiden Manion; sister Kathy Foley; many nieces and one nephew.
The family will be doing a Celebration of Life at a later date. Private cremation with care Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory.
