Paul Crowder

Paul Jackson Crowder, son of Norma and John Crowder left this earth on October 25th 2021 on a journey to find his star in the southern sky. Paul is father to Paul Jr. and Michael Crowder and brother to John, Mark, David and Tommy Crowder. He is life partner to Diana Grow Marcum and lovingly named Papa by her 3 son’s Gilbert, Jeffery (JJ) and Monty Grow and Diana’s 6 grandchildren. Papa loved nature, sunrises, sunsets, the star lit sky, music and traveling. He never met an animal that he didn’t love especially his Labrador Sophie. His bible was the golden rule and “do no harm.” After retiring from SECO he and Diana bred and raised horses. One of his greatest joys was watching a new born foal get on its legs and run through the fields with its mother. He referred to the farm, his horses and wild life on the farm as heaven on earth. In lieu of flowers, the family requests the donations be made in Paul’s name the Human Society of Citrus County. The family will have a private Celebration of Life in the near future.
