Paul A. Dolcemascolo, age 71, Floral City, FL passed away September 9, 2021 at his residence. Paul was born in Poughkeepsie, NY on May 27, 1950 to the late Peter and Freda (DePuy) Dolcemascolo. He moved to the Tampa area in 1979 where he worked as a land surveyor for over 40 years. He loved his job and the people he worked with. He met his wife, Carol of Floral City in 1999 and subsequently moved to Citrus County after their marriage in June of 2001. Paul was an avid golfer and sports fan. He always looked forward to Thursday morning and an 8:00 AM tee time. In the evening you could find Paul in front of the television watching sports with his beloved golden retrievers, Marley and Macey.
Left to cherish is memory are his wife of 20 years, Carol (Gunn) Dolcemascolo; 5 children: Christopher Dolcemascolo of Inverness, Andrew Dolcemascolo of Wesley Chapel, Melissa (Victor) Anderson of Hernando, Heather Rogers of Inverness , and Erin (Fernando) Gastaldi of Jacksonville; his brother, Joseph (Kathy) Dolcemascolo of New Paltz, NY, and his sister, Marie (Craig) Wood of Havalock, NC; 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Life scheduled at a later date. Cremation with care with Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory.
