Nancy S Yerbury

Nancy Sue Yerbury of Inverness passed away at Citrus Memorial Hospital on August 24, 2021 at the age of 74. She was born to the late James Harry and Betty Sue (Preston) Farley on November 4, 1946 in Lansing, MI. She married her husband Charles Canada Yerbury on December 1, 1972 and together they made Citrus County their home 10 years ago after relocating from Pinellas County. Nancy enjoyed the simple things in life, having coffee and brunch with her friends and spending time with her family. One of her favorite things to do was to watch her son perform live with his band, The Chad Montana Band. Nancy also enjoyed traveling with her husband for many years.

In addition to her husband Charles, those left to mourn Nancy’s passing include sons: Chad Yerbury, Todd Rogers, Shawn Rogers, James Rogers, Stephen Yerbury; daughters: Michelle Zeager, Raquelle Yerbury; sisters: Pat Card, Lynda Swanda, Kelly Donald; and a great many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service for Nancy’s family and closest friends has been scheduled for 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home and will be conducted by Bishop Dr. Douglas Alexander, Sr. of the New Church Without Walls. Friends are invited to join the family in visitation beginning at 2:00 PM until the hour of service. Nancy’s family is planning additional memorial services for her at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
