Sarah Andreichuk of Inverness, FL passed away while under the loving care of her family and Vitas Hospice in Lecanto on June 24, 2021 at the age of 89. She was born to the late Walter and Cecile (Andrews) Krick on August 3, 1931 in Van Wert, OH. Sarah was married to her loving husband Gregory Andreichuk for 67 years. Together they made Inverness their home in 1995 and were members of the First Presbyterian Church. Sarah enjoyed singing in the church choir. She was a member of the Lions Club of Citrus County and enjoyed giving back to her community. She knitted scarves for charity through her church and frequently visited nursing facilities in the area with a therapy dog.

In addition to her husband Gregory, Sarah’s passing will be mourned by her daughters: Stephanie Van Den Hurk and her husband Arnold of Stark, FL, Melanie Sukh and her husband Deepak of Randolph, NJ, Valerie Andreichuk and her husband Greg Nichols of Largo, FL; sister, Nancy Thompson of Brea, CA; 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

A Celebration of Sarah’s life is scheduled for Wednesday, June 30 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Inverness and will be conducted by Interim Pastor, Jim Capps. Friends are invited to join Sarah’s family in visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until the hour of service. She will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements under the care of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
