CarolAnn Clay of Inverness, FL passed away at Kindred Hospital of Ocala on May 27, 2021 at the age of 82. She was born to the late Peter and Hilda (Manley) Cammarata on June 11, 1938 in Jamaica, NY. CarolAnn was married to Welton Clay for 32 years at the time of his passing on June 16, 2017. She made Citrus County her home in 1986 after relocating from Deer Park, NY and was a Christian by faith.
Those left to mourn CarolAnn’s passing include her daughter, CarolAnn Giordano; stepsons: Steven (Cathy) Clay and Glenn (Mary) Clay; brothers: Peter and Jeffrey Cammarata; sister, Lynn Cammarata; sister in law, Margaret Bailey; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
CarolAnn will be laid to rest with her late husband at Calverton National Cemetery in Riverhead, Long Island, NY at a later date. Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
