Lawrence “Larry” H Smith

Lawrence “Larry” H. Smith, 80, of Inverness, FL passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on December 15, 2020 under the care of hospice. He was born to the late James H. and Ann (Lynn) Smith on February 10, 1940 in Miami, FL. He worked as a Contractor and owned and operated Larry Smith Construction for many years. Citrus County has been his home for five years after moving here with his wife, Barbara. Larry was an avid fisherman and loved boating and being out on the water. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Victoria Yarbrough. Those left to cherish Larry’s memory are his beloved wife of 40 years, Barbara; his children, Tamara L. Cook, Tracy Y. Salamone, Adam B. Smith, Matthew K. Smith, Kimberly A. Schuldes, James A. Barker, and Travis E. Bell; his 12 cherished grandchildren; his three adored great-grandchildren; and his two sisters and one brother. Arrangements for Larry are private.
