Franklin Delano Cooper III, age 18, Inverness, FL passed away in an automobile accident on April 15, 2020. Franklin was born in Oregon, Ohio on November 21, 2001 to Franklin Delano Cooper, Jr and Carrie Lynn Miller and moved to Florida from Toledo, OH in 2016. He was a student at Citrus High School.
Franklin was a kind person all the way around. He treated everyone with respect, no matter the situation. He was a senior in high school and ready to graduate in May. He was sworn into the USMC in November when he turned 18. His plans for boot camp were delayed, although he was ready to go to boot camp. He loved all kinds of music, but favored NF, Eminem, and Post Malone. He would go on “dates” with his mom, he made time to go with her one on one to spend time with her. He loved skateboarding and taught his cousin, Aedyn, as much as he could.
His older brother and sister were his best friends. They liked a lot of the same things. They would play video games for hours. You would have to drag both of them out of Chuck E. Cheese. Franklin and Laura shared a love of band. They both were in percussion. He loved playing any drum he could get his hands on. He loved hanging with friends at home, because Mom was cool like that.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Carrie and Franklin, Jr; his brother and sisters: William Bryant, Toledo, OH; Petra Gilbert, Toledo, OH; Ashley Marie Gonzalez, Ft. Pierce, FL; Casey Konvalinka(Cooper), Pittsburgh, PA; Laura Cooper, Holiday, FL; Maternal Grandparents, Grace and Richard Miller; Paternal Grandmother, Karen Cooper, Maternal Great Grandmother, Shirley Gorsuch; Maternal Great Grandfather, the late Gordon Gorsuch.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service scheduled for Franklin at a later date. He is under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory.
