Edward “Clay” Graves, 86, of Inverness, FL passed away May 26, 2019 at Citrus Health & Rehab in Inverness. He was born in Blount County, TN on May 31, 1932 to the late Edward and Mae (Nuchols) Graves.
Clay was a vending machine mechanic, and arrived in this area 25 years ago, coming from Tennessee. He was a Baptist by faith, and enjoyed bowling, golfing, and fishing.
Clay was preceded in death by his loving wife Sarah in 2018. He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Graves of Inverness; his brother Gary Graves and sister Bobbie Young, both of TN. Clay will be laid to rest at Hills of Rest Cemetery in Floral City, FL at a later date.
Arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
