Raymond J Grabarczyk

Raymond John Grabarczyk, age 86, of Hernando, FL died May 28, 2016 while under the care of Hospice of Citrus County, Lecanto. Raymond was born January 8, 1930 in Milwaukee, WI to the late John A. and Sophie M. (Warczinski) Grabarczyk. He proudly served his county as an Air Force Sergeant and was a Veteran of the Korean War. After earning his B.A. at Marquette University, Raymond was employed as a Sales Engineer for Harnischfeger Machinery Manufacturers for 26 years. In 1980, he made Citrus County his home after moving from Coral Springs, FL. A Catholic by faith, Raymond was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Inverness. He was also a member of the Inverness Country Club, Citrus Hills Country Club and the Inverness Elks Club.
Those left to mourn his passing are his loving wife, Rhea Grabarczyk of Hernando, FL; his sister: Gerry Czarnik of Milwaukee, WI; nephew: Scott Czarnik and his wife Joy of Lisbon, WI; niece: Nancy Dyszelski and her husband Andy of Waukesha, WI; and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Raymond was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley on February 19, 2005.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date from the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home in Milwaukee, WI. Raymond’s urn will be laid to rest at St. Adelberts’ Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI. Local arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
