Erick Edward Klaeger, 92, Inverness passed away Nov 6, 2014 under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. Erick was born Dec 15, 1921 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Erick and Mary (Quigley) Klaeger. He retired from the J. Holland & Sons Plating Company with 42 years of service as a Production Manager and was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Parish. Erick was the loving husband of the late Irene Klaeger. The two were happily married for seventy years. He was predeceased by three daughters Irene, Lois and Gloria. He is survived by five grandchildren Erick Tarczewski, Lorraine Durst, Jennifer Tarczewski, Raymond Nicosia, and Michael Nicosia and many Great Grandchildren. He served his country in the US Navy for four years during the Second World War. Erick was a good man who loved his family and meant what he said.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Nov 15th, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery at a later date. Friends will be received at the Chas E Davis Funeral Home Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until the procession leaves for the church at 10:30 A.M.
