Bernice E. Muggleton, 91, Inverness, FL passed away October 18, 2014 at Hospice of Citrus County, Inverness. She was born on December 23, 1922 in Niagra Falls, NY to the late Kazimierz and Tekla (Babiarsz) Wojtowicz. Bernice was a school bus driver, and arrived in this area in 1994, coming from Ormond Beach, FL. She was Catholic by faith, and enjoyed shopping, crocheting, garage sales, flea markets, golfing, walking on the beach and shelling. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 69 years, James R. Muggleton. Other survivors include her children Daniel Muggleton of Springfield, MA, Kenneth (Nancy) Muggleton of Apollo Beach, FL, Donna (Wayne) Sawyer of Macedon, NY, Jack Muggleton of Inverness, and Mark Muggleton of Boulder, CO; brother Edward Wojtowicz; sister Stella Maj; 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. A graveside memorial service is scheduled for Monday, October 27, 2:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, is in charge of the arrangements.
