Fred G. Lee, age 73, Floral City and Breedsville, Michigan, died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born September 5, 1938 to the late Leonard and Lettie (Royal) Lee in Douglas, Michigan. Fred married Louise E. Horton on April 17, 1968. He worked at National Motors in South Haven, MI. Fred served our country in the United States Army. His hobbies included stamp collecting, reading and woodcarving. Survivors include his three children, Carolyne (Les) Stegman, Norfolk, VA; Fred (Kirsten) Lee, Jr., Mississippi and Tom (Elif) Lee, Washington, four stepchildren, Linda (Ernest) Sparks, Floral City, FL, Mike Betz, Breedsville, MI and Tom (Jane) Betz of Illinois, tim (Deb) Betz, Breedsville, MI, two brothers, art (Becky) Lee, Indiana and Paul (Cindy) Lee, Lake City, one sister Barbara Middaugh of Allegan,MI, 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Louise on 1/16/2011, stepdaughter and son-in-law Suzanne and John Newnum and two great-grandsons, Samuel Huston and Derick Michael Markovich Hosier. Inurnment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell privately.
